EXTENDS HER TRANSPORT FACILITIES

Azeri-Turkish Joint Venture "Azturgaz" JV was registered in the roll of the state joint ventures in the Azerbaijan Republic in the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic on 16.11.1995 (registration ‹ 973). Venture founders are State Oil Company on behalf of the Azerbaijan Republic and "Altintas Kimya ve Ticaret" Company on behalf of Turkey.

The main purpose in the venture establishment is construction of the gas-filling stations foe modern 2 and 12-kg cylinders, train special personnel in this filed, provide purchase of the required auto-transport facilities. At present, service in the villages, countries and working places around Baku by the order is being rendered. Number of customers already totals to 25000.

In April 1997 Joint Venture "Azturgaz" JV established its branch in the city of Ganca investing them with money. "Ganca-Azturgaz" Production Association has been engaged in the provision of the liquid gas-cylinders to the population and the sale of the gas equipment since August 1998 up to present.

Along with Ganca-Qazax region, Joint Venture "Azturgaz" provides sale of the liquid gas sale in other regions of the Azerbaijan Republic, including Lankaran-Astara, Yevlax, Zaqatala-Saki, Baki-Quba. At present, many juridical and natural persons, who are engaged in the business activity, render liquid gas sale services to the population on the basis of more than 100 agreements in 52 regions and cities of the Republic. Number of employees in this field totals to 300 persons.

With the purpose of expansion of its activity, creation of new production areas, organization of working places, Joint Venture was given 2-hectar-land area near the existing gas-filling station in Qaradag region of the city of Baku on the basis of the appropriate decision of the Executive Power of the city. Construction of the testing squares for the gas-cylinder and liquid gas transporting auto-balloons is supposed to complete by the end of this year. For the last 7 years we have specialized in service and sale of 12 and 20 LPG (gas-propane) balloons. We are the leading supplier for this article in Azerbaijan. We offer a more comprehensive service.
