Feyziyev Islam Adil oglu was born in 1965 in Hasanabad settlement of Neftcala region. Having left the high school in 1982, joined the Faculty of Mechanics of the Azerbaijanian Politechnical Institute. In 1983 he was recruited to the Armed Forced of the former USSR. In 1985 completed the military service in the Central Asian Military District of the USSR Defense Ministry. After demobilization from the Soviet Army he continued his studies and graduated the full course of studied in 1990.
Since 1985 he has been working for Bakinski Rabochi Machinebuilding Plant. His started his labor activities as an assistant of milling machine operator and continued his career promotion up to the chief of the integrated workshop block.
He is married and is a father of two daughters.
The Bakinski Rabochi Machinebuilding SOSC (Subsidiary Open Stock Company) is a specialized enterprise designed to manufacture oil field equipment, various industrial production, as well as commodity goods of social and cultural and domestic use.
Founded in 1900 in the territory of the 101st area of the Sabunci settlement of the Sabunci- Balaxani district of Baki on the bases of small workshops of the former Benkendorf Oil Company the Bakinski Rabochi Machinebuilding Works went through a whole stage of reconstruction and refurbishment and to date plays a significant part in machinebuilding industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The reconstruction of a large shop to produce steel tanks for condensed gas under the pressure of 1.5 MP (16 kg/ sq. c/cm.) has been one of the latest stages of the kind for the last 10-15 years. The gas tanks produced by the workshop and filled in by condensed gas are made use of as small individual energy sources. The sphere of these gas tank's application is rather wide: from domestic needs to the commercial consumption, from field and country house conditions to the use of as a source of car energy sources.
The gas tanks are produced in great variety from 5 lt to 96.5 lt in volume and in most various make. The workshop on manufacture of the tanks is equipped with all necessary facilities for various types of welding the tank frames and part blank for the equipment of any stop valves, testing and dying the tanks. It should be noted especially that the welding, testing and dying and other sections of the workshop and the entire workshop itself has been created by the workers of the enterprise itself.
Another well-equipped workshop of the enterprise is the tool-room, which can produce technically sophisticated devices. The workshop manufactures travelling blocks, hook blocks, suspenders for mouth rods and other components and spare parts for the rocking pump. Production of the commodity goods of cultural, production and domestic use, for instance, mills for milling various cereals, wheelchairs for disabled and lots of other things are manufactured here.
The rocking pumps all the same remain to be the basic production, which determines the enterprise profile. The assembly workshop possesses equipment for the production of blanks, facilities for the fabrication of spare parts (guillotine shears, roller mills, devices for profiling) as well as accessories for the assembly and regulation of the units ( the conductor, testing stands etc.). The workshop has also been equipped with testing glass, painting section and hoisting and transporting equipment.
A number of the modifications of CKD-3, CKD-6, CKD-8, CKD-10, CKD-12 rocking pumps etc. are fabricated in the enterprise. They are fabricated in two variants, for high bases and for low one. Four part transforming mechanism of the drive on non symmetric scheme has been laid in the bases of the kinematics, while optimum size chosen has enabled to reduce the pump sizes.
The Bakinski Rabochi Machinebuilding Works SOSC has mastered the manufacture of AutoWorkshops SQT-4320 and AutoTank Trailers QK-10, which is a proof of the new techniques mastering rate. The AutoWorkshop SQT-4320 are designed to perform machinists, fitters, welding and other kinds of work in field conditions.
The carriage type truck body is heat isolated and consists of two sections: the front one designed for the servicemen and the hinder one in which the equipment for work is installed ( work-bench, bench vices, grinding machine, a Diesel generator, welding transformer, boring mill on desk, oxygen tank and fire extinguisher), as well as a spare wheel.
A tank with PropaneButane mixture has been fastened on the outer side of the truck body.

The OK -10 trailer is meant to transport loads in tractive connection with KamAZ-5320 type truck and is fabricated in equal make with forefront swivel truck. The trailer is equipped with fender lights and breaks with pneumatic drive for all wheels, as well as parking break for the hinder wheels.
Rotator has a blocking device and ensures tire rolling in turns without side-slip under minimum radius of the turn.

One of the traditional types of the plant production is the Stalk Truck PV-204 to transport the pipe joints of 530 to 1,420 mm in diameter and 12 meter long along all roads, where the run is admissible with the weight on each axe no more than 85 kH, as well as the stalks up to 36 m out of the road.
The Stalk Truck is mounted on the auto-chassis of KrAZ-255 with extending trailer equipped with stretcher of preventive shield and rotator jig. The breaks are of blocking type, while the break drive is pneumatic.
This carriage for invalids is used for the transportation of persons with injured lower extremities and the normal mobility.
The carriages for invalids are manufactured in two types:

The carriages type A-1 moves either by hand effort displacing the rims fixed on the back of the carriages, or by the means of another person pushing the back handles of the carriages. The carriage type A-1 is assigned for indoor, short distance transportation, such as within a country house adjoining area or to the corner of a neighbor house etc.
The carriage type A-2 operates with the help of level drive on the back wheels and a front wheel steering device. This is an easy control transportation means consigned for large distance movement, for instance to visit a doctor or for outside use.
Both carriages have a comfortable chair, armrests, and leg props and on the back of the chair there are pockets for small personal effects. The carriages are fordable for transportation or prolonged storing.
