Encotec (Engineering and Consulting Technologies) is a general engineering company providing design engineering services, consulting, project management, construction supervision and commissioning. The company is primarily involved in local international Oil and Gas sector. However the company's expertise extends beyond this sector and embraces civil, geotechnical/geodesic and other engineering areas. The company was founded in early 2000.

Encotec is a locally registered, privately owned, closed type Shareholding Company with its HQ located in Baku, Azerbaijan. The ownership has structured the company to ensure long-term stability. All strategic decisions will be taken on a collective basis. The company is open to changes in the ownership structure. Company's structure will be changed in accordance with the development and status of the local market.

We are a young company consisting of highly qualified staff having experience of work in the international environment. Encotec is led by people who have typically 4/6 years experience working with leading Western engineering organizations.

The Company sees its strongest position in being able to provide engineering services, and produce engineering documentation both in English and Russian/Azeri and an ability of work to the requirements of international standards and GOSTs.

Encotec is committed to the production of quality output utilizing various internationally recognized standards. The company is developing its internal Quality Management System to be compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. This process is being undertaken internally and will feature the active participation of all the staff in the development of various sections of the manual.
