"Baki Fahlasi" is 105

"Baki Fahlasi machine-building plant" which is associated open joint-stock company of JSC "Azneftkimyamash", is a large-scale specialized enterprise producing oil field equipment, and also consumer goods.

JSC " Baki Fahlasi machine-building plant" was founded in 1900 in territory of the section 101 of the Sabunchi settlement, Balakhan - Sabunchi district on the basis of small workshops the belonged to the former oil firm "Benkendorf".

During the last 105 years, the "Baki Fahlasi" plant has traveled a long development road from small workshops with limited resources to large-scale enterprise making a strong contribution to economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

After getting status in 1926, it became as "Baku Fahlasi" machine-building and began to process oil field equipment.

In Soviet period it was the first in processing of oil field machines and its production are used not only in oil production regions of the former USSR but also exported to more than 27 countries of the world.

With purpose of liberalization of economy activity, strengthening of business undertakings and attraction of investments, according to Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with No. 649 dated March 22, 2001 on the base of the 2nd State program of the Republic of Azerbaijan by Privatization of Property "Azneftkimyamash" had been liquidated. Then, according to Decree of the Ministry of Economy Development with No. 192 dated October 31, 2001 on the base of State company "Baku Fahlasi" JSC "Azneftkimyamash" was founded "Baku Fahlasi machine-building plant".

After reorganization "Baku Fahlasi" machine-building plant continued its dynamic development.

JSC is able to implement the processing and repair service of the following production: loading travelling systems which are able to lift from 32 to 320 tons of cargo, 320 tons hook blocks and crown blocks, pipes carrier PV-204 on chassis of automobile KrAz-255B and KrAz-260, AzINMAS-37 BF, ТР-500, ТР-600 and ТР-800 heat exchanger, tank trucks which fulfill the carrier of liquefied gas on chassis of automobile as MQAC-6-130 and MQAC-10-250, bottle carrier MQBD-80-250 on chassis of automobile KrAz-250, KrAz-260, automobile gear which platforms get from 6х2.5 meter up to 8х2,5 meters, moveable techniques auto workshops set on automobiles Ural-4320 and Ural-5557, and also steel propane and gas bottles with capacity at 27 and 50 litres.

JSC is going to increase the standards and quality of processed production, and according to signed contracts has fulfilled its final production supplying on time. In latter times, the plant began to process bearings units of rocking machine with length 4,5 meter that had been used in our Republic, Russia Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

JSC last year began to process the assembling as QK-60 и QK-80 which are able to drill approximately 1200 and 1500 meter and carrying out the repair operations in oil and gas wells at depth 3500 meter. These assembling will be placed on chassis of KrAz-65101 and KrAz-65053. Taking into account the increasing of depth of drilled wells in the territory of Azerbaijan and other oil regions are carried out the works by processing of loading aggregate that would be able to get 80, 100, 120 tons. The main and important principle of economy market is to increasing of production quality meets to all european and international standards.

In this connection JSC received ISO-9001:2000 certificate in 2004.
