KAZAKHSTAN TRANSPORT PIPELINE - 70!

70th anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan's transport corridor is a holi- day that has important event for professional field. Because each decade means new routes, awarded experience, processing victories.

This date is quite important for "KazTransOil" too, because it testifies about company's contribution to common affair of oil field's development in Kazakhstan. "KazTransOil" established 8 years ago could not only to save succession but also made simultaneously fast and qualitative burst to new achievements. Company could solve the problem with honour: pipeline highways are developed and successfully operated.

The most important direction of the largest in the republic company on black gold transportation is social work and charitable assistance.

Education

The main in development of "KazTransOil" is the improvement of staff potential. Today, the training, raising the level of workers' skills takes one of the first places in the list of priority affairs of the Company. There is served in the company thousand high-qualified specialists passed goal training and pre-training in higher schools of country and abroad, in profile colleges and in education-course centers of the Company. Totally for 2000-2004 approximately 10.686 workers passed the training and raising the level of their skills.

Only in 2004 by about 595 of Company's workers were sent to courses and seminars for getting of additional knowledge.

In general, the training of Company's workers are conducted on several directions, particularly the specialization ion the field of management, high link staff pass economical planning and managing after oil economy and their training are fulfilled both in Kazakhstan and abroad. Raising the level of middle link workers' skills is implemented in education-course center of the Company and in profile educational centers of the Republic.

For example, total quantity of workers passed in 2004 the pre-training in education-course center of the Western branch Aktau City made 1.470 persons.

In connection of Kazakhstan's plants transferring to international standards of finance reporting (ISFR) in January 2005 on the base of Relax Center "Zeren" built by Company in 2002 approximately 77 workers of the public passed the training. There will be covered by ISFR training 111 persons.

As it is aware, the President of state Nursultan Nazarbayev in his 2002's Message to Kazakhstan's nation declared priority state policy in 2003-2005 the supporting of village. Within the frame of state's chief message's realization "KazTransOil" elaborated own program regarding providing with assistance aul and main purpose of which is measures' organization aimed for training and employment of village's youth, multi-family's origin and social - vulnerable groups of nation in oil sphere. At the same time, there is important the fact that they will operate in villages at highway oil pipelines belonging to "KazTransOil". Totally within the frame of "Aul" program middle technique education will receive 96 villagers.

Presently, young boys and girls study the program that elaborated under assistance of the leading oil transport companies of Kazakhstan especially for students, which future workers of oil field. Syllabus was made with emphasis for passing the processing practice at the units of Company. During training young people will get stipend and live in comfortable hostel. Grants received by them include itself the payment for trip to home during holiday.

Sponsorship

Important direction of "KazTransOil" public activity is charity and sponsorship assistance aimed for supporting and development of cultural and humanitarian spheres of public, including the implementation of public-importance measures. Annually, Company conducts the operation for providing with charity of assistance to unprotected part of nation: children's home, Board of veterans, public organizations and invalids.

Company's special attention is paid to children. Significant financial facilities annually aimed for supporting of growing state's generation. The spectrum of social assistance destination is large. It includes the construction, organization of invalids' treatment, assistance to carrying out of children's competition and international media forums financing.

Among young friends whom "KazTransOil" extended its assistance - Children village in Astana, Akkol children's home, "Gleam of hope" children-invalid rehabilitation center and the funds were sent to the latter for complete repairing.

Last year "KazTransOil" sponsored the republican festival "Children's creation work with confining opportunities "Blue bird: Kokshetau-Sinegorye - 2004" that realized under aegis of "Children-Invalid Association".

Saving traditions charity assistance providing "KazTransOil" in 2005 as sponsor of support invested 12,5 mln. tenge in children's homes, public associations of children-invalids. Particularly, for implementation of 5th anniversary of the Republican Festival of Children's Creation work with confining opportunities "Nazar-Vzglad-View-2005" company provided with 2 mln tenge. Festival's goal - attraction children-invalids to active participation in culture life of the Kazakhstan, finding the most gifted people and assistance to development of their creation work's potential, actualization the people's problems in the eyes of public, rendering morality assistance to parents bringing up children-invalids.

Also "KazTransOil" decided to provide with 10 mln. tenge to the Republican Specialized Physical-Mathematics secondary boarding-school named after O.Zhautikov aimed for gifted children. The facilities are planned to direct for implementation of Olympiads, scientific projects' financing, computer books' launching, creation of the data bank for boundary and concluding control cancels, awarding with Zhautivskov stipend to best teachers and pupils of RSPMBS, realizing international Zhautikov Olimpiads on physics, mathematics and information science.

Among organizations supported by KazTransOil's sponsor - Kazakhstan Public of Blind Astana City received funds for sewing of scene coats for choir, Pavlodar Public of Invalids where invalid chairs were gifted in 2002.

Special attention is paid to supporting of social infrastructure of Kazakhstan region.

Construction

"KazTransOil" intensively fulfills with civil construction. Under planning the units of non-processing destination there are taken into account not only Company's demand but also the needs of regions, state plans. At the same time with construction in the branches of the Company there are carried out the building of the units in youth capital of Kazakhstan, Astana and countryside.

In spring of 2003 the central Company's administration removed into new 19th floors administrative building constructed on the left coast of Ishim River. At the same year, there was opened "Caspian" sport complex, "Aynalayin" kindergarten for 170 places, "Meyfim" multi-profile polyclinic aimed for 150 visitors.

Recognition of "KazTransOil" significant contribution to development of youth Kazakhstan's capital became the Company's awarding (March 2003) with Diploma "For contribution to Town-Planning of Astana".

Company's special attention is paid to solving of dwelling matters.

There were launched in the Western Branch of Company 9th floors administrative building and dwelling complex in Atyrau, winter of 2003. 60 workers of "KazTransOil" central administrative were awarded the keys from flats in new building in February 2005 that built in perspective region of "Akbulak-3" region. During preset year, there is planned to launch 100-dwelling building in Aktau City.

Except of construction in administrative centers of state Company does not forget about development of regional centers, settlements where KazTransOil's main oil pipelines are located. In 2004, there was completed the construction of 4th well-equipped hostels at "Karakoin" Head Oil Transfer Station (63 places), "Kalamkas" Oil Transfer Stations (48 places) and "Karazhanbas" (64 places), "Kenkiyak" (48 places) Line Processing-Dispatcher Station (LPDS).

All built units meet to all international high-technological standards and norms of construction.

Medical service

In the staff of "KazTransOil" annually are realized complex measures aimed to prophylactic of diseases and safety of workers health.

It includes annual medical view of all workers from branches and central administration, vaccination for prophylactic diseases by viruses' infections during season period. For implementation of stated measures "KazTransOil" provided with 37.659.000 tenge in 2004 and 115.324.000 tenge in 2005.

Main assistance on medical service to Company's staff provided on behalf of Multi-profile Medical Center "Meyrim" launched in 2003. Modern equipment, medical institution renders great spectrum of health services. Important innovation in polyclinic is the principle of treatment fulfillment with the help of one doctor.

Company's special attention is paid to propaganda and supporting of health life. In this connection valuable role belongs to "Caspian" sport-health complex that became lovely place of relax for Company's staff.

Sport

Sport measures are not only the method of health life supporting but also marvelous possibility of the corporate spirit, staff's mood development. It was appreciated in "KazTransOil". Annually there is realized the sports days on different types of sport in the Company.

Branches are proud of with its sport achievements. So, Company's staff on football consisting from workers from Western branches is thrice-repeated champion and owner of Cup in Aktau and it has participated in the championship of the republic among the team of major league since 2000.

On the eve of 70th anniversary of the transport of republic there was held sport day where all branches of the Company took part. "Higher, stronger, faster" - was the principle of "KazTransOil's" sportsmen that were going to take first place in chess, table tennis, weight sport, arm-wrestling, volleyball, mini-football, billiards, swimming. The results of sport holiday showed that sport spirit and health heat regard to all Company's staff.
