PCH Offshore Pty Ltd is 100% owned subsidiary of the PCH Group PLC Australia, which has offices throughout Australia, South East Asia, U.A.E, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. In Azerbaijan PCH has a modernized office in the Old City in Baku. In addition the company has plant storage and maintenance facility and an extensive site set up in the republic including training facilities and compounds.
PCH has been active in the multi discipline support services business in Southern Asia since 1999. The current and past performance on the various contracts already awarded to PCH and experience in Azerbaijan allows the company to provide a credible proposal.
PCH is well established within Azerbaijan; the company has a workforce of over 1200 carrying out painting, TSA coating, fireproofing, scaffolding, rope access and rigging, supported by an experienced in country management team delivering HSE systems, quality management, employee welfare, logistics, and procurement. On and offsite facilities throughout Baku are equipped with modern plant & equipment and maintained by a full time preventative maintenance division.
PCH provides all the necessary management staff. PCH workforce has achieved a level of competency which is supported by third party certification.
All the services are carried out in accordance with the relevant specification and manufacturers recommendations. Technical and quality compliance is monitored and reported throughout the activities. The company utilizes in-house QA/QC systems and procedures to track and report the services. These systems and reports are currently being used and are client approved throughout the projects that PCH is involved with currently.
PCH is unique in managing the challenges and constraints of most types of project. The ability to increase or decrease a work force in a very short time frame allows the company to mitigate delays, costs and assist a client in maintaining the project schedule.
PCH management team has a proactive approach to project management and envisages the PCH team being integrated with potential client’s project team that allows PCH to manage the necessary interface. It also gives PCH access to and involvement with the planning of the works and interfaces which are necessary to achieve planned completion.
