The Quality Management System of MQS complies with the standards of BS EN ISO 9000-1994 imposed to NDT and DT (nondestructive and destructive testing). MQS has passed accreditation in Moody International and АВS and is the owner of ISO 9001-2000 certificate. MQS has licenses provided by a number of states on storing, utilization and transportation of radiation sources.

 

The HSE Management System complies with the strict standards of the Azerbaijan legislation and international requirements. This management system passed accreditation in АВS and has been the owner of OHSAS 18001:1999 since 2004.

 

At present the MQS's activity extended the boundaries of Azerbaijan. Since 2005 the Company has offered services in Kazakhstan. MQS renders its services to the projects of Agip and KCO within the programme on development of the Kazakh Sector of the Caspian Sea (Kashagan). Among the permanent clients of the Company are such companies as Agip KCO, Ersay Caspian Constractor LLC, KKl and GAMATE. The Company set up a production shop in Tbilisi to render services to the oil and gas main of Georgia.

 

At the moment MQS is the owner of manufacturing areas that completely meet requirements of international standards and are provided with up-to-date European equipment.

• Trainings for welders and their certification,
• Preparation of traditional welding procedures and carrying out all kinds of welding.

The production, assembling and setup service of MQS offers its clients a wide range of services on steelworks and pipe junctions both on sea and on land.

• Assembling of pipe junctions and trial of Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) by the specialists certified by Ameron (Bondstrand),
• Production of steel constructions of any classes,
• A number of other services on nondestructive testing (NDT),
• Weight testing,
• Sand-jet and painting services,
• Mechanical service in a fully equipped workshop,
• Assembling both onshore and offshore with using skilled personnel,
• Setup service both on land and on sea with using skilled personnel.

All service materials used in production are imported from the countries of Western Europe and stored according to appropriate standards.
