Having chosen construction as main activity the company has achieved considerable results in this field.
At present the company employs more than 200 people. At the same time A+A has 20 sites of construction and reconstruction. One of the most important achievements is establishment of A+A ENGINEERING that is a group of high-level experienced engineers provided with the latest versions of hardware & software. It gives a possibility to provide clients with "turn-key" projects in civil and industrial construction sphere.
Due to the demonstration of high-level performance of works, including the Quality Assurance and Health, Safety, Environment aspects, A+A Group of Companies has been awarded several contracts for the implementation of civil and industrial construction projects within the frame of Azeri Oil and Gas Fields Development Project. Considering A+A's experience in multi-profiled construction and its management background, the Company has been invited to the position of General Contractor for general project management, engineering, quality control, HSE Supervision for such a big industrial contracts as the Rehabilitation Works at Baku Deep Water Jackets Plant's (SPS) Yard - Skidways Upgrade, Construction and Reinforcement of Quay Sides and etc. (Client - Bos Shelf LLC) and the Construction of Waterflood Systems at Mishovdag / Kelameddin Oil Fields (Client - Karasu Operating Company). In order to provide operating companies and their contractors working within the framework of PSA with the Full Vehicle Maintenance Services, A+A Group of Companies organized a special ACWC Division that deals with the car care, warehousing, and logistic services. The Division has long-term contracts with AIOC's Contractors, including McDermott Caspian Contractors and Bos Shelf LLC.

A+A is in a very close business relations with K-Flex Insulation Group (Italy) that is a famous company producing high-grade insulation materials. A+A also partners with such well-known Furniture Supplying Companies as Giaretta, Formichi, Prinno Oy, Leader Salotti, G&D, Pescarollo, and Dall'Agnese. The Company cooperates with Sparky producing high-grade construction tools, Gardena (Germany) dealing with the fabrication of gardening equipment that provides full support for gardens, IGUZZINI (Italy) producing lighting equipment. A+A closely partners with well-known brands such as ADEMCO (USA), C-TEC (Great Britain) Yoko (Korea), Genius (Italy) and Gadish Group (Israel) dealing with the fabrication of electronic security and fire protection systems.

Engineering Department of A+A Engineering is one of the most important departments of A+A Company dealing with the engineering - estimation, calculations of construction structures, technological processes, equipment, calculation of bill of quantities for the construction and installation works. A+A Engineering has designed such projects as New South Mishovdag Waterflood System Upgrade Project, Training Center and Canteen Buildings for Baku Deep Water Foundations Plant, Rehabilitation of DARNAGUL BORU Polyethylene Pipes Plant, Passenger Terminal and Canteen in Zabrat Airport, Reconstruction of play-field and facility buildings in the Republic Stadium, Rome Catholic Church in Baku, Reconstruction & Expansion of Bibi-Heybat Mosque, Synagogue Projecting and Construction Project, ABU ARENA Sport Complex and a large number of multi-storied residence buildings.
