MQS KAZAKHSTAN LLP IS STRONG IN THE CASPIAN

 

Keeping leadership among service companies of Azerbaijan, MQS with its business management policy is justifying trust of its customers. MQS’s operation has gone beyond the borders of Azerbaijan so far. Since 2005 the company has provided its services in Kazakhstan.

MQS Kazakhstan was set up as Kazakh Company in Republic of Kazakhstan. The main areas of MQS Kazakhstan Company operations today are oil and gas sectors of Caspian Region.

MQS Kazakhstan is LLP Company registered in Kazakhstan in 2005 and has set up NDE business in Atyrau city and has erected Fabrication workshop in Aktau City.

MQS Kazakhstan has all required state’s licences for execution the Company range of services in Republic of Kazakhstan.

MQS Kazakhstan was founded to apply the valuable work experience acquired during the MQS life in Azerbaiajn’s sector of the Caspian.

MQS Kazakhstan are developing the Quality Management & HSE systems for execution of the mentioned activities in oil, gas & petrochemical sectors in Kazakhstan Caspian Region which will meet the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 and OHSAS 18001:1999 for HSE. The accreditation will be achieved for NDT activities and fabrication, installation & commissioning businesses both onshore & offshore.

Currently MQS Kazakhstan Company successfully are working in Kashagan Pilot Development Project with ERSAI, KKL, GAMMA-TEKFEN and BONNATTI Companies.

Kazakh personnel is trained and involved in in project operations performed by MQS Kazakhstan.

List of services provided by the company:

• Installation of pipe joints made of various materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and duplex);

• Assembling of pipe junctions and testing of Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) by the specialists certified by Ameron (Bondstrand),

• Fabrication of steel structures of any class,

• Other services covering nondestructive testing (NDT),

• lifting capacity testing,

• Sand-blast and painting services,

• Mechanical service in a fully equipped workshop,

• Onshore and offshore installation using qualified personnel,

• Commissioning operations both on and offshore using qualified personnel.

All materials used in production are delivered from Western Europe’s countries and stored in compliance with appropriate standards.

Operating in oil&gas and petrochemical projects across the Caspian region, the company proved itself a reliable partner.
