TOP CONSTRUCTION LEVEL FROM GILAN HOLDING

 

According to the economic indicators over the recent years Azerbaijan has succeeded to reach the level of some advanced countries. Being guided by the State Programme on SBeing guided by the State Programme on Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan and H.E. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev’s recommendations on social-economic development of our regions to businesspeople the Holding has set up its largest entities namely in those regions of the country.

Gilan-operated construction companies incorporate concrete plants, the elaboration plant for marble-granite, the foamed concrete plant, the face-stone processing workshop, the raw materials receiving station, the trade center for contemporary building materials.

Gilan-run construction companies are building their business in compliance with the demands of the modern life. In this connection, the Holding erected the Goranboy gypsum and gypsum products plant at the area of 10 ha. Its productive capacity is 300,000 tons of gypsum per annum. The manufacturing practice is currently underway at the plant. The entity owns a gypsum quarry covering the area of 10 ha. A gypsum board plant is being erected in Geranboy together with Knauff of Germany.

The Holding’s brickyards in Baku and Gabala are operating in closed conditions. Their territory is 4,610 m2. The equipment of these plants with a productive capacity of 20 million units per annum was delivered from Turkey and Russia. The Holding produces bricks in compliance with global standards, which are used in the construction sector.

The Holding has set up two giant concrete plants in Baku and Gabala for successful work in the construction sector.

The Holding’s asphalt-mixing plants are on stream in Gazakh, Yevlakh, Gabala and Maraza. The asphalt technologies for the plants were delivered from Ukraine. The production capacity of the plants is 40 ton/hr in Gazakh District, 40 ton/hr in Gabala, 160 ton/hr in Yevlakh District and 40 ton/hr in Maraza District.

Gilan Inshaat LLC was established on September 1, 2006. Its primary business activity concerns construction of high buildings, leisure areas, tourist and business centers in Baku City and the regions. Since the very establishment the company has kept expanding its business area. At the moment the company is implementing construction works in the Nasimi and Khatai regions of the capital and regions as well including Gabala, Lankaran, Astara, Bilyasuvar, Guba, Shamakhy, and Khyzy. The company involved highly-skilled construction specialists. All building materials such as cement, reinforcement bars, and external facade coverings are imported from other countries. The company believes that construction implemented by highly-skilled specialists using qualified building materials is more reliable and gives preference namely to such construction works.
