    First Lady of Azerbaijan, the President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Ambassador of Good Will of UNESCO Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva proclaimed as a winner of the International prize of "Caspian Energy Integration Award - 2005" in basic nomination - the premium of height "Public Figure of 2005", according to results of poll fulfilled by the Caspian Integration Business Club's marketing group within the period from November 1, 2004 to January 15, 2005 among the experts of the highest and middle link of 1200 companies from 30 countries of the world.

  • THE FINAL MAINLINE SECTION OF THE BTC PIPELINE NAMED AFTER HEYDAR ALIYEV IN AZERBAIJAN WAS HYDROTESTED
    THERE CONSIDERS IN KAZAKHSTAN, THAT THERE IS NO NECESSITY HASTILY CONTRACT SIGNING ABOUT RK JOINING TO BTC, AND IRAN EXPRESSES ITS READINESS TO COMPETE WITH BTC OIL PIPELINE.

    There is required 10 mlns bbl of oil for filling of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan named after Heydar Aliyev. The oil acts from "Azeri" - "Chirag" - "Guneshli" (ACG) fields. BTC shareholders are BP (30,1% of share participation), SOCAR (25%), Unocal (8,9%), Statoil (8,71%), TPAO (6,53%), Itochu (3,4%), Amerada Hess (2,36%), ENI (5%), ConocoPhilliðs (2,5%), Inðex (2,5%), Total (5%). ENI, ConocoPhillips, Inpex and Total participate in development contract of Kashagan field.
